Graham Cottage is a delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a light, bright and fresh feel. The livingroom has a calm airy feeling thanks to several large windows and beautiful floors. We recently upgraded the kitchen to add more counterspace, and installed a dish washer and counter lighting under the cabinets. The kitchen offers a desk nook by the back door and hookups for a full sized washer and dryer.

“I love the proximity to daily needs. Downtown Graham is less than a mile away. I can easily go to the bank, post office, library, and grocery store in a very short amount of time. It makes running errands easy. Plus, you can enjoy a meal out at a restaurant, relax at a coffee shop, and even watch a movie less than a mile from the house. It’s so convenient. If you are looking for healthy food options, be sure to try out Company Shops Market in Burlington. It’s just a few miles away.”
“I love the easy access to the interstate. It makes it very easy to get to places around the Triangle and Piedmont area. You can easily jump on the highway and be at the beach or in the mountains of Asheville in just a few hours. We have two international airports about 30-40 minutes away and Amtrak is just 10 minutes. Living in Graham means you are close to desirable areas such as Chapel Hill/Carrboro, Saxapahaw, Hillsboro and the Durham Tobacco District but here we have more affordable living options and less traffic.”
